FordMC provides digital items and services for our Minecraft server. This page explains how these digital products are delivered to you after purchase.
Delivery Process
Instant Delivery: Most digital purchases on FordMC are delivered instantly to your account after payment confirmation. This includes ranks, in-game currency, and standard cosmetic items.
Manual Processing: Some custom items or special requests may require manual processing by our staff. These items are typically delivered within 24-48 hours after purchase.
Server Requirements: To receive your purchased items, you must be logged into the FordMC server with the same Minecraft account used during purchase. Some items may require you to relog after purchase to take effect.
Delivery Confirmation
Purchase Verification: After making a purchase, you will receive confirmation in-game and/or through our Discord bot if you have linked your Discord account. This serves as proof of your purchase and delivery.
Delivery Issues
Troubleshooting: If you do not receive your purchased items within the expected timeframe, please try the following steps:
- Log out and log back into the server
- Verify you are using the correct Minecraft account
- Check if the server is experiencing technical issues
- Contact our support team if the issue persists
